At ChurchDesk, we're looking for someone who understands church life and is eager to actively shape its development. As a Church Consultant based in Berlin-Neukölln, you'll be close to the communities – understanding their needs, supporting them on their path to digitalisation, and building genuine, long-term relationships.

You don't see yourself in a classic sales role – but you're motivated by the opportunity to help people and organisations grow, and to drive real change through digital tools.

About your new role

• Support churches: You build continuous, personal relationships with both paid staff and volunteers in church communities, becoming their trusted point of contact.
• Understand needs, offer solutions: You listen actively, ask the right questions, and show how ChurchDesk's digital tools can simplify everyday life in the community.
• Inspire enthusiasm: You motivate communities to share their positive experiences with others – becoming a multiplier for our mission.
• Create satisfaction: You ensure your customers and users feel well supported and get real value from our tools.
• Grow with the team: You work closely with your colleagues and actively contribute to our shared success.
