Schedule: 8-12 hour shifts

Open Arms Solutions is hiring a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Caregiver to support seniors in a welcoming community setting in Lindenhurst, IL.

We are recruiting caregivers who live in Antioch and nearby communities and are interested in consistent 8 -12 hour shifts providing meaningful care and support to seniors.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate companionship and daily support
• Assist with personal care, including showering, bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Support safe mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Follow individual care plans and safety guidelines
• Observe and communicate changes in a client's needs or condition
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of recent professional caregiving experience
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Comfortable providing hands-on personal care
• Able to work consistent 8 -12 hour shifts
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and current auto insurance may be required depending on the assignment
