Job Title : Bookkeeper

Location : Metro Manila, Cebu City, Davao City (Remote positions available)

Company Overview : CPAProLink, a division of HiFi Creative LLC, provides high-quality bookkeeping and accounting support to CPA firms in the US. We are seeking skilled Bookkeepers to join our remote team, supporting US-based CPA firms.

Responsibilities :

• Maintain accurate financial records.
• Reconcile accounts and bank statements.
• Prepare financial reports.
• Process accounts payable and receivable.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an accountant or bookkeeper.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience supporting US-based clients.
• CPA or equivalent certification.

Compensation : $8 - $12 / hr during contract period. Full-Time positions & pay increases are available for contractors who demonstrate success.
