Position Summary

A well-established outpatient physical therapy practice in Palm Beach County is seeking a passionate and patient-centered Physical Therapist to join its clinical team. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality, hands-on care that supports patients in recovering from injury, improving mobility, managing pain, and achieving long-term wellness.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopedic conditions in an outpatient setting
• Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic techniques, exercise programs, and manual therapy
• Guide patients through rehabilitation programs to support recovery, mobility, pain management, and functional improvement
• Monitor patient progress and make clinical adjustments to treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, body mechanics, and lifestyle recommendations
• Collaborate with clinical support staff and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Promote a positive patient experience with a focus on outcomes, engagement, and continuity of care

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Florida Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics or rehabilitation preferred, new graduates welcome to apply
• Strong manual therapy skills and clinical reasoning ability
• Excellent communication, patient engagement, and time management skills
• Commitment to professional development and delivering compassionate, individualized care
• Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Creole) preferred but not required
