_Purpose of the Position_

_We are looking for a_ _Trade Operations Specialist – Brokerage Management_ _to join our Global Trade Advisory & Solutions team and support one of our key international clients with the daily execution of its customs and brokerage management activities._

_This is a hands-on operational role in a fast-paced international environment. You will work closely with customs brokers, client stakeholders and our Advisory team to monitor activities, follow up on open topics and ensure that operational tasks are completed accurately and on time._

_We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, comfortable working under pressure and eager to further develop within customs and international trade._

_Main Responsibilities_

• _Support the daily execution and monitoring of customs brokerage activities_
• _Follow up with customs brokers and client stakeholders on open actions, operational topics and issues_
• _Monitor broker performance, operational KPIs and customs-related data_
• _Identify missing information, delays, discrepancies or inconsistencies and ensure appropriate follow-up_
• _Escalate operational issues when required and support their timely resolution_
• _Maintain operational trackers, reports and supporting documentation_
• _Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure agreed actions are completed accurately and on time_
• _Support the team in resolving day-to-day operational issues related to customs and brokerage activities_
• _Ensure operational information and documentation are complete, accurate and kept up to date_
• _Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and optimization of brokerage management processes_

_Requirements_

• _Minimum_ _1 year of professional experience_ _in customs brokerage, customs, trade compliance, logistics, supply chain or a similar operational environment_
• _Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail_
• _Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment_
• _Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of assigned activities_
• _Good communication skills and confidence working with different internal and external stakeholders_
• _Comfortable working with_ _Excel, operational data, reports and trackers_
• _Professional working proficiency in_ _English_ _, both written and spoken_
• _Interest in developing further knowledge of customs, brokerage management and international trade_
• _Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining accuracy and quality_
