What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical, brakes, steering, suspension, and HVAC
• Complete preventive maintenance and manufacturer-recommended services
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately identify vehicle concerns
• Perform test drives to diagnose issues and confirm completed repairs
• Complete multi-point inspections and clearly document recommended and completed work
• Work closely with Service Advisors to communicate repair needs and timelines
• Complete warranty repairs according to Ford and manufacturer specifications
• Stay current on new technology, vehicles, and repair procedures through ongoing training
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Deliver quality repairs while treating every customer vehicle with care

What You Bring

• Previous automotive technician experience
• Ford or manufacturer certifications strongly preferred
• ASE certification preferred
• 2+ years of automotive service experience preferred
• Ford dealership experience is a plus
• Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and troubleshooting abilities
• Comfortable using electronic diagnostic equipment
• Own basic technician tools
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Positive attitude and willingness to continue learning
• Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
• Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening
