Responsibilities (tasks include but are not limited to)

• _Software Development:_ Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code using .NET technologies, particularly focusing on complex features and functionalities.
• _Technical Leadership:_ Providing technical leadership and guidance to junior developers, reviewing their code, and offering mentorship to help them grow professionally. Serve as the technical expert for one or more software development projects.
• _Architectural Design:_ Participating in the architectural design of software solutions, including defining system architecture, selecting appropriate technologies, and ensuring adherence to best practices and design patterns.
• _Problem Solving:_ Analysing complex technical problems and providing innovative solutions, often involving debugging, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.
• _Code Reviews and Quality Assurance:_ Conducting code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and compliance with best practices. Additionally, participating in quality assurance processes to identify and address defects.
• _Collaboration:_ Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other stakeholders, to understand requirements, propose solutions, and deliver high-quality software products.
• _Technical Research and Innovation:_ Staying updated on the latest advancements in .NET technologies and related fields, conducting technical research, and exploring innovative solutions to enhance product functionality and performance.
• _Performance Optimization:_ Identifying and implementing optimizations to improve application performance, scalability, and reliability, such as database optimization, caching strategies, and code refactoring.
• _Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:_ Documenting technical specifications, architectural decisions, and development processes.

Requirements

• Open to Malaysian only
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Lead Developer with a software development team.
• Demonstrated success in leading medium-scale system development projects.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and recommend innovative solutions.
