_Responsibilities_

• _Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life._
• _Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses._
• _Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority._
• _Learn the product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies inside and out._
• _Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles._
• _Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business._
• _Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations._
• _Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses._
• _Bring your 'A game' along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day._

_Qualifications_

• _No experience necessary. We will train the right individual._

• _Ready to learn and eager to improve_
• _Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members_
