We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our Research & Development Team to specialise in Optronics, at our modern production facility in Riga with cutting-edge equipment and a dynamic work environment. ****

Key Responsibilities:

• Research & Development of new Products
• Product design development and maintenance, ensuring compliance with technical, regulatory, and safety requirements throughout the entire product lifecycle
• Design and implementation of mechanisms and auxiliary equipment necessary to produce products
• Development and maintenance of technical documentation
• Analysis and elimination of product deficiencies
• Resolving issues that arise during the performance of work

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related Engineering field
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience****
• Strong**** English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Inventor, Fusion 360) and Finite element analysis (FEA) tools
• ANSYS software proficiency will be considered advantageous
• Knowledge, skills and understanding of production processes
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in mechanical engineering
• Excellent communication and Teamwork abilities
