Senior Travel Consultant (Lekki -Lagos)

Our client, a fast-growing travel agency, is looking to hire a Head of Travel Agency to be based in Lagos. Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the travel agency. Develop and implement strategies to grow the travel business and increase revenue. Manage flight bookings, travel packages, visa assistance, and other travel-related services. Build and maintain relationships with airlines, travel partners, and other industry stakeholders. Supervise and co-ordinate the travel team to ensure efficient service delivery. Develop and maintain a strong client base and ensure excellent customer experience. Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally. Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management. Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams. Ensure compliance with relevant travel industry regulations and operational procedures. Manage pricing, quotations, invoicing, and other commercial activities related to the travel business. Requirements 5 years of relevant experience in the travel agency/ travel management industry. Candidate must reside within or around Lekki for ease of commute.
