In this role, you will be the master of our CRM, the driving force behind scheduling meetings for our senior team, and the go-to person for crucial sales support tasks. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who wants to learn the home care sales process from the inside out and eventually grow into a full-cycle sales role in a supportive and positive environment.

You will handle the "behind-the-scenes" work so our BDM team can focus on selling. You will have the opportunity to shadow the BDM team and provide coverage when necessary. You will also represent the company at select events.
- Business Development Assistance: Support the broader business development team with relationship-building activities.
- Ad-Hoc Projects: Handle various random administrative tasks as needed to support the growth and efficiency of the sales department.
- Travel will be required depending on business/department needs
- 1 day required in the Silver Spring office HQ
Qualifications:
- Experience: 0-2 years of professional experience. Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, or entry-level sales role is a plus but not necessary.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and time-management skills. You thrive in structured environments and love keeping things organized.
- Sales Potential: A strong desire to learn the sales process, grow your career, and eventually transition into a front-line sales or business development role.
- Tech-Savvy:
- Comfortable learning new software quickly. Previous experience using a CRM (like Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is highly preferred but not required.
- Demonstrates proficiency in leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) tools to research prospects, analyze and manage data, develop presentations, and support business objectives.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially for phone outreach and writing professional correspondence like thank-you notes, meeting confirmations and reminders.
- Team Player: A "no task is too small" attitude with a willingness to support the team wherever needed.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, proven ability to successfully handle many tasks at one time, detail-oriented, and excellent follow-up skills
