Overview of position:

FEDITC is seeking aProject Manager - Senior to work atRed River Army Depot in the Texarkana, TX area.

AUnited States Citizenship and anactive Secret DoD Security Clearance is required to be considered for this position.

Responsibilities

• Support Capital Investment Projects and long-range modernization planning.
• Develop economic analyses to support the acquisition of industrial equipment.
• Assist with planning and executing modernization initiatives supporting depot maintenance and production requirements.
• Coordinate project activities related to industrial equipment acquisition and implementation.
• Manages capital investment and industrial equipment modernization projects supporting RRAD production, maintenance, and depot operations.
• Provides economic evaluations, cost analyses, project justification, requirements development, and scopes of work supporting capital equipment procurement and facility/production improvements.
• Manages projects from cradle to grave, including requirements identification, planning, budgeting, procurement support, installation, testing, acceptance, and project closeout.
• Coordinates the acquisition and installation of new production equipment, machinery, tooling, and supporting infrastructure.
• Develops project scopes, schedules, cost estimates, technical requirements, and acquisition documentation to support procurement actions.
• Coordinates among engineering, production, maintenance, contracting, vendors, facility personnel, and Government stakeholders throughout project execution.
• Oversees equipment delivery, site preparation, installation, integration, commissioning, and operational acceptance, ensuring projects meet cost, schedule, performance, and mission requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with project management, capital investment projects, or modernization initiatives.
• Experience supporting industrial equipment acquisition, manufacturing, depot maintenance, or production operations.
• Strong planning, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Clearance:

• Active Secret DoD Security Clearance is required.
• Must be a United States Citizen and pass a background check.
