Social Media Manager (Volunteer/Unpaid role)

Note: This is a volunteer role.

Location: Fully Remote, work from home (_Anywhere worldwide_)**

Working hours:** Minimum of 10hrs/week

Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Volunteer Social Media Managers to significantly boost the online presence and brand awareness of our startup company. We are looking to fill multiple positions, with each volunteer or group managing one or two of our social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain content across assigned social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
• Develop and implement a comprehensive content calendar with engaging post ideas.
• Prepare and present monthly analysis reports, offering insights into social media performance, highlighting high-performing content, and providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Create visually appealing graphics for social media content using Canva or similar design tools.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in social media management.
• Proficiency in social media tools such as Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Notion, or similar platforms.
• Graphic design skills with Canva or equivalent tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Hiring Process:

1. Stage 1: Initial Interview (30 mins): An asynchronous online conversation with AI. We evaluate each response directly, so please avoid using external AI tools.

2. Stage 2: Team Interview: A direct, 1-on-1 video call with our Annita (HR Coordinator) and Sirri (Co-founder/CTO) to align on shared expectations and role fit.

3. Stage 3: Onboarding: Should both sides agree it is a great match, we will send over your official invitation to join the team!
