Salesforce Field Service Consultant (Remote)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Field Service Consultant to support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing enhancement of Salesforce Field Service solutions for our clients.**

This is a fully remote position, working with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-impact field service solutions.**

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the implementation of Salesforce Field Service (FSL)
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions
• Configure and customize Field Service features (Work Orders, Service Appointments, Scheduling, Mobile Workforce, etc.)
• Collaborate with stakeholders, admins, developers, and project managers
• Provide functional expertise, best practices, and solution design recommendations
• Support testing, deployment, user training, and post-go-live activities
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant, with strong focus on Salesforce Field Service
• Hands-on experience with FSL configuration and implementation
• Strong understanding of field service operations and workflows
• Salesforce certifications (Field Service, Service Cloud, or related) are a strong plus
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment

Nice to Have

• Experience working with distributed or international teams
• Experience with integrations, mobile workforce solutions, or complex scheduling
• Previous consulting or client-facing experience
