Job responsibilities:

\- Coordinate with coaches and administrative staff to ensure smooth communication and operations.

\- Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions, escalating issues when necessary.

\- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

\- Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.

Job requirements:
