• Working Location: 77 Tran Nhan Ton, Ward 9, Dist 5, HCMC
• Report to: HR Manager

Job role

_We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Admin Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a smooth and efficient office environment and HR operations._

What you will do:

_Office Administrative and General Support:_**

• Assist with general office administrative tasks, including but not limited to office renting and maintenance, office supplies, travel arrangements, stationery, …
• Oversee procurement & payment processes, ensuring timely sourcing and purchasing of office supplies, equipment, and services.
• Maintain a well-stocked pantry and coordinate maintenance activities.

_HR Operations Support:_**

• Coordinate employee events and activities to foster a positive work environment.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new employees (prepare welcome kit, set up face ID…)
• Support in HR data input, maintaining personnel records and documentation.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a high level of accuracy.
