The Opportunity

Gaines Investment Trust is seeking a friendly, energetic Part-Time Leasing Professional to join our team at Ventana Apartments in Scottsdale.

Apartment leasing experience is not required. If you have experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or another people-focused role, this could be a great opportunity to build your career in property management.

What You'll Do

• Greet and assist prospective and current residents
• Conduct apartment tours and showcase available homes and amenities
• Follow up with prospects and guide them through the leasing process
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects
• Prepare leasing paperwork and maintain accurate records
• Support the onsite team with leasing and administrative responsibilities
• Help maintain a welcoming and professional community

What We're Looking For

• Friendly, professional, and comfortable working with people
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Availability to work 3 full days per week, including Saturday
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or leasing experience is a plus
