**Job Title: Licensed Therapist**

**Location:** Southeast Houston – (17629 El Camino Real, Houston, TX 77058)

**Hours:** 40 hours per week

**What you’ll do**

• Maintain a caseload of **up to 30 sessions per week (full-time)**
• Conduct **structured, outcome-driven therapy sessions**
• Work with **individuals, couples, and families**
• Apply **clinical modalities effectively and clearly**
• Integrate **biblical principles appropriately and confidently**
• Mentor or support junior clinicians (optional, depending on role)
• Contribute to **program development or specialization areas**

• Able to **clearly explain how therapy works to clients**
• Grounded in **biblical values and able to apply them appropriately**

• Comfortable working across **multiple populations**

**Requirements**

• Fully licensed in Texas (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, etc.)
• Ability to work **in-person and telehealth**
• Willingness to work **Saturdays initially** (Not a must, but does help grow caseload quickly.
• Minimum **24 hours per week**
