KEY RESPONSABILITIES
We are looking for a Database Administrator (DBA) with a strong innovation mindset to join our team. This role will be key in managing, optimizing, and evolving our data platforms, ensuring availability, security, and performance.
- Administration, maintenance, and monitoring of databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL,etc.).
- Performance optimization (tuning), ensuring high availability and scalability.
- Backup management, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
- Implementation of security policies, access control, and regulatory compliance.
- Automation of operational tasks using scripting (Shell, Python, etc.).
- Collaboration with development, data engineering, and business teams.
- Support for modern data architectures (cloud, data lakes, data warehouses).
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 3-5+ years of experience as a DBA.
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
- Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or similar.
- Advanced database administration (installation, configuration, tuning).
- Experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Knowledge of automation and scripting.
- Experience with monitoring tools.
- Experience with predictive analytics or intelligent automation tools is a plus.
