Good news! GreenSpace Recycling is hiring a Box Truck Driver & Waste Sorter, internally titled Waste Remedy Agent Trainee, for our Bay Area, CA Team.

You’ll service apartment communities throughout the greater San Jose Bay Area by driving a company box truck, sorting waste and recycling, removing bulky items, and keeping waste enclosures clean.

_Position Details:_

• Schedule:

• 📅 Shifts: 5 days per week, scheduled Sunday through Friday, _with Saturdays and one other weekday off_
• 🕞 Start time: Varies between 3:00 AM and 5:00 AM

• Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license with at least 5 years of licensed driving experience
• Safe driving record
• Box truck driving experience preferred
• Availability for early morning shifts
• Capable of lifting and maneuvering heavy items and performing sustained outdoor physical work
• Reliable attendance and communication.

• Responsibilities:
• Navigate daily routes in a company-provided box truck
• On-site sorting of trash and recycling, cleaning enclosures, and handling furniture or appliances
• Lift and maneuver items weighing up to 150+ pounds
• Removal of bulky items (including furniture and appliances)
• Perform light janitorial work and cleanup as needed
