The Role

As an Outside Sales Representative , you’ll run pre-qualified leads, meet with homeowners in person, and use a one-call close approach to drive revenue. Your job is simple: build trust, present solutions, and close the deal — all in one appointment. This is a commission only position after training.

What You’ll Do

• Run in-home appointments with pre-set, qualified leads (no cold calling!)
• Deliver a polished, consultative sales presentation that results in same-day closes
• Educate customers on products, warranties, pricing, and promotions
• Follow up with pipeline opportunities and maintain accurate records in our CRM
• Work evenings and weekends as needed (homeowners are home then!)

What You Bring

• Proven success in one-call close sales, preferably in home improvement
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Confidence, competitiveness, and a passion for winning
• Self-discipline and drive to hit and exceed monthly targets
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
