Performance Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join a fast-growing startup in the financial technology space. This is a great opportunity for someone excited to help build marketing programs from the ground up and take real ownership over customer acquisition. This role is hybrid (3x a week in NYC) or remote in San Francisco.

What You’ll Do

• Lead strategy and execution for Google Ads (Search, App, YouTube) to drive growth while hitting CAC and ROAS goals.
• Manage campaigns across additional paid and organic channels (e.g., Meta, TikTok) with an eye toward scaling effectively.
• Partner with design, product, and engineering to optimize landing pages and sign-up flows, making the entire funnel more efficient.
• Design and analyze A/B tests to validate campaign hypotheses and drive continuous improvement.
• Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to guide decision-making.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in performance marketing and apply best practices to keep us competitive.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in performance or growth marketing.
• Deep expertise in Google Ads (Search, App, YouTube).
• Strong analytical skills and comfort making data-driven decisions based on CAC and ROAS targets.
• Understanding of in-app/web event tracking and measurement in a post-IDFA/SKAN environment.
• Proactive, action-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Bonus: ability to write basic SQL (joins, queries).
