Dietary Manager

The Harold and Louise Healthcare Center is a RCF facility. We are currently accepting applications for a Dietary Manager. Candidates applying must be flexible and available to work varying shift times, as well as weekends and/or holidays. Experience in a long-term care facility or hotel setting is preferred.

The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation, menu planning, and meal preparation in a kitchen setting.

Responsibilities:

\- Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus

\- Ensure meals are prepared in a timely manner and meet quality standards

\- Follow proper food handling procedures and regulations

\- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

\- Weekly Ordering for food and dietary supplies

Experience:

\- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment

\- Knowledge of culinary techniques and best practices

\- Familiarity with menu planning and catering concepts

\- Ability to use kitchen equipment such as knives effectively

\- Experience in fine dining establishments is a plus
