Lead Medical Instructor

Schedule:

Temporary training assignment in the San Diego / Camp Pendleton, California area. Training includes daytime and nighttime activities during scheduled exercise events.

Summary:

The Lead Medical Instructor will oversee and coordinate advanced medical training for up to 12 participants while ensuring training activities are properly integrated with the military exercise.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in advanced, emergency, or tactical medical training.
• Experience leading instructors or medical training activities.
• Strong knowledge of realistic scenario-based medical training.
• Ability to coordinate with military and Government personnel.

Duties:

• Sead and supervise medical training activities.
• Coordinate training schedules and exercise requirements.
• Oversee realistic medical scenarios and Full Mission Profile events.
• Ensure instructors, equipment, and training materials are prepared and ready.
