**What you'll do**

• Perform **oil changes, brakes, tires, and maintenance** with precision
• Diagnose and repair issues using **proven, methodical processes**
• Handle **engine work and deeper repairs** with confidence
• Complete **welding work** as needed
• Keep your workspace **organized and efficient**
• **Lead by example** and help develop B and C Techs

**Qualifications**

• **5+ years of auto repair experience (required)**
• Strong diagnostic ability and mechanical knowledge
• **Reliable, steady work ethic** —someone the team can count on
• Takes pride in **clean, accurate, consistent work**
• Comfortable following systems and processes
• Leadership mindset (formal or informal)
