Description:

_We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing and analyzing data to support our business operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management, analysis, and system administration, with the ability to optimize data-related tools and solutions. This position requires a detail-oriented, analytical thinker who can identify key insights to drive informed decision-making within the organization._

Responsibilities:

• _Design, implement, and maintain efficient databases and data storage solutions to ensure seamless data access and organization._

• _Develop data workflows to ensure accurate and reliable data collection, storage, and retrieval._

• _Analyze large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that can support business objectives._

• _Collaborate with business stakeholders to define key metrics and data requirements._

• _Manage and optimize data-related software tools including_ _texting platforms, autodialing systems_ _, and_ _segmentation & scoring tools_ _._

• _Develop and maintain clear, comprehensive reports based on data analysis to support ongoing business initiatives._

• _Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and IT, to align data solutions with business needs._

Role Requirements:

• _Proven experience in data management, analysis, and database administration._

• _Proficiency in SQL and experience with database technologies (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server)._

• _Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus._

• _Strong analytical and problem-solving skills._

• _Excellent communication and teamwork abilities._
