Description:

_We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Associate with 3-5 years of sales experience, ideally within the Call Center or BPO industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a strong understanding of the sales cycle. This role requires an individual with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, as well as the ability to establish and nurture client relationships._

Responsibilities:

• _Generate new business leads and develop client relationships within the Call Center/BPO industry._

• _Engage with potential clients through cold calls, email outreach, and networking events to introduce our services and identify their staffing needs._

• _Conduct product/service presentations and client meetings to showcase the value of our staffing solutions._

• _Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets._

• _Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and exceptional service delivery._

• _Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to stay competitive._

• _Provide excellent customer service and follow up on all client inquiries in a timely and professional manner._

• _Document and track all sales activities in our CRM (Zoho experience is a plus)._

Role Requirements:

• _3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the Call Center/BPO industry._

• _Excellent verbal and written English communication skills._

• _Strong understanding of the sales process with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets._

• _Ability to build strong relationships with clients and deliver exceptional customer service._

• _Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to generating new business opportunities._

• _Proficient in CRM software, Zoho experience preferred._

• _Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)._
