What You’ll Do

• Provide 1-on-1 telehealth and/or onsite clinical support
• Treat a broad range of cases including anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, eating disorders, schizophrenia, and more
• Partner with our internal clinical team to improve programs and platform outcomes

Requirements

• Education: Master’s degree inCounseling or Clinical Psychology
• Expertise: CBT or other evidence-based approaches (MI, DBT, SFBT, etc.)
• License: Must hold valid and activeSIPP (Surat Izin Praktik Psikolog) or SIPPK (Surat Izin Praktik Psikolog Klinis) issued in Indonesia, along with a current registration (STRP).
• Experience: Minimum of300 post-master’s clinical hours
• Languages: Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Preferred: EAP experience, adult counseling, or managerial coaching
• Bonus: Openness to occasional onsite work
