Job Opening: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - PRN On-Call (Weekends Only) 12 hour shifts

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our care team on a PRN/on-call basis , covering12 hour shifts, Friday through Sunday. This role is ideal for a skilled nurse who thrives in a patient-centered environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality care during critical weekend hours.

Responsibilities:

• Catheter care : Maintenance, monitoring, and documentation
• Wound care : Dressing changes, infection prevention, and healing assessments
• Patient turning : Every 2 hours to prevent pressure injuries
• Medication administration : Accurate and timely delivery per physician orders
• Shower days : Assist with hygiene and perform full-body assessments
• Documentation : Maintain clear and thorough records of patient care

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in the state of [Insert State]
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred
