HR Business Operations Specialist

Purpose and Scope/General Summary: We are looking for an HR Business Operations Specialist to join our Beef USA team here in at our JBS Corporate Headquarters in Greeley, CO! This person will partner with internal Beef USA partners in HR and beyond (plants and corporate) to support the overall Beef USA business unit.

Responsibilities:

• Generate, analyze, and interpret workforce data related to safety, retention, attendance, labor relations, and compensation to provide actionable insights that support leadership decision-making.
• Business intelligence and analytics, using data, prepare/support the preparation of reports and presentations with insights to enable data driven decisions in all Safety and HR matters.
• Partner with Beef HR leadership to develop and track continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, retention, workforce stability, and overall HR performance
• Partner with Corporate HRIS in the development of dashboards to enable people insights and predict and prevent Safety, turnover and attendance issues/gaps in our operations.
• Partner with Corporate HR to prevent redundancy, plant support and ensure alignment with Corporate initiatives.
• Support the HR Beef team to coordinate and prepare agendas, presentations, speakers, travel plans for participants, etc for all Beef meetings, training sessions, conferences, etc. This includes weekly meetings, Monthly sessions, annual kick off meeting, etc.
• Coordinate the Red Box reports in the HR Team and ensure we are delivering results in all efforts and programs on a timely manner.
• Communicate frequently with Beef USA HR teams and support efforts and HR initiatives at plant locations.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communication or related field strongly preferred
• 2+ years of direct HR generalist/specialist experience required
• Experience in the beef industry or agriculture space preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be adaptable
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
• Aptitude for gathering data and using data to tell a story
• Available to travel to locations and support local HR needs as needed (25% travel)
• Can perform the functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
• As a salaried position with the company, you may be required to travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations. The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:

• Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
• Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;
• 401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;
• Base salary range of $60,000-$80,000
• Incentive Pay: This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program; and

The posted salary range represents the Company’s good faith estimate of the compensation that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, tenure, internal equity, market data, and may vary accordingly.
