Onsite Coordinator

We are looking for an onsite Coordinator to work in our onsite office at our client's premises in Teesside, TS23 4DU

As a onsite Onsite Coordinator you will need to have:

• Knowledge of right to work policies in the UK
• Good people management skills
• Time management skills and the ability to manage own workload
• Ability to work productively under pressure
• Positive can do attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Excellent organisational skills
• Keen eye for detail
• Knowledge of MS office packages (Excel, Word)
• Driving licence would be an advantage as off site travel is sometimes required

Details:

• Pay: £13.46p/h
• Working Hours:
• Monday - Friday 09:00-14:00
• Location: Teesside, TS23 4DU,
• Duration: Perm

Role of a on site coordinator:

• Booking of staff for shifts to ensure orders are fulfilled
• Supporting completion of daily payroll and client reports
• Updating of various reports and trackers
• Ensuring maximum number of shifts are filled each week
• Advertising vacancies and pre screening candidates
• Presenting group inductions
• Carrying out right to work checks on applicants
• Ensuring all induction packs are completed to the required standard
