JobFitts is partnering with a well-established manufacturing and distribution business seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead its finance function and work closely with the Managing Director and leadership team. This is a great opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys influencing business decisions and driving performance. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the finance team. Prepare monthly management reports, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections. Deliver accurate financial reporting and commercial analysis. Manage audits, taxation, statutory compliance, and year-end reporting. Partner with business leaders to improve financial performance and profitability. Strengthen financial controls, systems, and reporting processes. Oversee payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory reporting. About You CA or CPA qualified. Experience as a Finance Manager or Senior Financial Accountant ready to step up. Strong financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and commercial analysis skills. Advanced Excel and ERP systems experience. Proven leadership and stakeholder management abilities. Manufacturing, wholesale, or distribution industry experience is highly regarded.
