HR Manager

Sydney, NSW | Full-Time | Permanent Industry: Environmental Services We're seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead and deliver people initiatives that support business performance, employee engagement, and organisational growth. This role offers the opportunity to partner closely with senior leaders, driving both strategic and operational HR outcomes across a dynamic environmental services business. Key Responsibilities Lead all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding. Provide expert HR advice and support to managers and employees. Drive talent management, succession planning, and workforce development initiatives. Manage employee relations matters, investigations, and performance issues. Ensure compliance with Australian employment legislation and workplace policies. Develop and enhance HR policies, procedures, and people practices. Support organisational change and continuous improvement initiatives. Oversee employee engagement, wellbeing, and culture programs. Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to support business decision-making. About You Proven experience in an HR Manager or senior HR Business Partner role. Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practice. Demonstrated experience managing complex employee relations matters. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to influence, coach, and build strong relationships at all levels. A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong organisational skills.
