About the Role Reporting to the Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the sales process by preparing accurate quotations, responding to customer enquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Working closely with Sales, Procurement, and Operations, you'll help deliver timely pricing, manage customer communications, and ensure orders are processed accurately from enquiry through to delivery. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate quotations based on customer requirements and specifications. Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email. Liaise with suppliers to obtain pricing, product information, and lead times. Support the Sales Team with new business opportunities and existing customer accounts. Process customer orders accurately within the ERP system. Follow up outstanding quotations and maintain regular customer communication. Coordinate with Procurement and Warehouse teams regarding stock availability and delivery schedules. Maintain accurate customer records, pricing, and product information. Provide general sales administration and customer support. About You To be successful in this role, you'll have: Previous experience in quotations, internal sales, sales support, or customer service. Strong organisational and administrative skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience using ERP or CRM systems. Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills. The ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy. A proactive approach with a genuine commitment to customer service. Experience within manufacturing, engineering, industrial products, electrical wholesale, or spare parts industries will be highly regarded.
