EV Garage Operations Intern

Role overview: Support the day-to-day running of the garage, coordinating between clients, technicians, and inventory.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in client communication (calls, messages, updates).
• Track service tickets and follow up on job progress.
• Coordinate vehicle pick-up and delivery with clients.
• Support spare parts warehouse organization and stock tracking.
• Record incoming and outgoing parts and tools.
• Assist with scheduling service appointments.
• Ensure proper documentation of jobs and client records.
