Key Responsibilities:

Oversee community management , including financial management, maintenance, and resident experience.

• _Ensure compliance with all_ _relevant laws, regulations, and owners association bylaws_ _._
• _Monitor_ _service providers’ performance_ _, ensuring adherence to company SLAs and KPIs._
• _Develop and implement strategies to_ _optimize and grow_ _the buildings under management._
• _Collaborate with_ _cross-functional teams_ _to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction._
• _Lead initiatives focused on_ _sustainability, environmental stewardship, and technology integration_ _._
• _Establish and maintain strong relationships with_ _property owners, vendors, and authorities_ _._
• _Regularly assess_ _building operations_ _to ensure efficiency and high standards._
• _Prepare and present_ _reports to senior management and clients_ _._
• _Stay updated on_ _industry trends, best practices, and legal developments_ _._

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in owners association management.
• certification in property management or owners association management (e.g., CMCA, M100, PCAM).
• Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations related to owners' associations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in financial management and reporting.
• Commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship.
• Technologically sawy with experience in property management software.
