LaBelle Ford Automotive Fixed Opertions Director

Plattner Automotive Group is currently seeking a Fixed Operations Director for multiple franchises.

Essential Duties Include:

• Experience in multiple franchise's is a huge plus
• Forecast goals and objectives for the service and parts department
• Hires, trains, and motivates service and parts personnel
• Maintains high-quality service repairs and minimizes come backs
• Understands and ensures compliance with manufacturers warranty and policy procedures

Employment qualifications are as follows:

• Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in automotive fixed operations
• Must have proven track record as a franchise Automotive Service Director and Parts Manager
• Automate is preferred
• Must be well organized
• Make customer satisfaction a department priority, ensuring that service and parts personnel are courteous and respectful in their interactions with our customers
• Be willing to submit to and pass a drug and background check.
