Position Title: Mid Data Analyst

Location: LATAM

What you will be doing:

We are seeking a Mid-Level Data Analyst to transform raw data into actionable insights that support business decision-making and improve operational performance. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience working with structured and semi-structured data, and the ability to develop reports, dashboards, and data models that communicate key business metrics effectively.

The candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and other technical teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability while identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or a related field.
• intermediate proficiency in SQL, including joins, common table expressions (CTEs), subqueries, aggregations, and window functions.
• Experience with Excel, including pivot tables, lookup functions, data analysis, and reporting.
• Understanding of data modeling concepts and relational databases.
• Financial experience is highly appreciated.
• Experience with data cleansing, transformation, reconciliation, and validation techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate technical findings clearly and translate them into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience gathering requirements and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
