Who You Are:

Embark on a serene journey as a Part-Time Beauty Host with L'Occitane at our _Oakbrook Center_ boutique. Where your expertise will not only enhance the physical beauty of our customers but also engage their senses in a tranquil experience. We are seeking an individual passionate about creating a sensory oasis within our beauty space. You will choreograph an experience that lingers in the memory of everyone entering our iconic yellow doors.

• _Be the Host: Greet_ every guest as if they were a cherished guest in your home, extending warm hospitality and offering a sensorial experience that fosters genuine connections.
• _Prioritize Guest Experience:_ _Anticipate_ the needs of your guests and strive to exceed their expectations.
• _Keep an Open Mind: Welcome_ feedback openly, presume positive intentions, and maintain a growth-oriented mindset.
• _Let Success Drive You: Support_ & assist with all store operations, policies, and procedures, you are encouraged to take the initiative by solving problems and putting the customers' needs first.

• Communicate with Care: _Collaborate_ and be varied with communication styles as well as individual personalities within the team.

The pay range for this position is $18.26 - $21.00 per hour (depending on skills and experience).
