Finance Officer

What you'll do

• Prepare and monitor cashflow reports
• Track and manage company expenses
• Review and process invoices
• Monitor employee leave/absences
• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks as they arise
• Prepare and submit applications for grants/funding programs
• Manage travel arrangements (bookings, receipts, reconciliation)
• Research and coordinate the tax treatment of award/prize money, ensuring compliance and optimal handling

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a finance, accounting, or administrative finance role
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Familiarity with Greek tax and business compliance procedures (e.g. grant programs) is a plus
• Proficiency in financial tracking tools/spreadsheets
• Fluent in Greek and English
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple ongoing tasks
