Role Summary

You will lead the transformation of company’s brand identity and communications strategy. The ideal candidate is both a storyteller and strategist—comfortable driving brand consistency, stakeholder engagement, media relations, and digital content strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the company’s rebranding rollout, from visual identity to messaging guidelines.
• Develop and implement internal and external communications strategy.
• Manage the company’s website and social media presence.
• Create success stories, case studies, and executive communication materials.
• Coordinate with media houses and press for interviews, events, and announcements.
• Support alumni and stakeholder engagement campaigns.

Required Skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, PR, or related field (Master’s or MBA is a plus).
• 5+ years of experience in brand, communications, or marketing roles.
• Strong content creation, writing, and storytelling skills.
• Experience managing brand assets and executing digital campaigns.
• Understanding of the public sector or education development space is a plus.
