Senior Strategic Acquisition and Industry Engagement ETA Advisor

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, acquisition management, public administration, national security studies, economics, program or engineering management, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• At least 15 years of progressively responsible experience in defense acquisition, federal program management, technology transition, capability development, industry engagement, commercial technology, or related national-security work.
• Experience supporting federal or defense acquisition activities, including market research, requirements support, acquisition planning, and program management.
• Knowledge of acquisition, resourcing, cost, schedule, performance, and program-risk considerations.
• Experience assessing commercial firms or emerging technologies for adoption by government, defense, intelligence, or similarly complex enterprises.
• Familiarity with IP, software licensing, data rights, supply-chain risk, and vendor viability.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare executive-level products, brief senior leaders, engage credibly with government and industry stakeholders, and synthesize complex information into actionable recommendations.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance.
