**Education & Experience**
- Master's degree with **15+ years** of program/project management experience
**OR**
- Bachelor's degree with **20+ years** of program/project management experience
- Minimum **15 years of military or civilian intelligence experience** at the national, operational, or tactical level in one or more disciplines:
- SIGINT
- GEOINT
- HUMINT
- Counterintelligence (CI)
- OSINT
- All-Source Analysis
- Collection Management
- Experience supporting **Multi-Domain Operations (MDO) or organizational Data Literacy initiatives.**
- Minimum **10 years leading or advising intelligence modernization and/or innovation initiatives**
- Demonstrated experience defining objectives, deliverables, and strategic outcomes
- Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across military, Government, and industry organizations
- Strong knowledge of DoD, Army, and IC policies, processes, and enterprise architecture frameworks (including DoDAF)
