Security Services Coordinator

We are looking for a skilled Security Services Coordinator to ensure a secure & safe workplace for our clients' personnel & facilities. You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their day-to-day requirements. You will be able to resolve issues, to give solutions, to supervise their facility services on security issues and achieve mutual satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Inspection of the security services in our clients' premises.
• Managing and training security guards and subcontractors.
• Managing requests and issues raised by our clients.
• Scheduling and monitoring tasks & rolling programs of security staff.
• Undertaking facility assessments to define security schedules & programs.

Requirements

• +5 years experience as Security Supervisor
• Active Security license
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook, Word, etc
• Human-centric approach
• Communication & organizational skills
• Dynamic and pleasant personality with team spirit
