Experienced Automotive Finance Manager - Lexus of Lakeside

Responsibilities

\- Present finance and protection products based on each customer's needs to enhance their ownership experience.

\- Secure financing through our network of lending partners while obtaining the best possible approvals for our guests.

\- Build value in finance, protection, and aftermarket products through a transparent, customer-focused approach.

\- Be actively involved on the showroom floor early in the sales process to support both customers and the sales team.

\- Partner closely with sales associates and managers to help drive dealership performance and ensure a seamless customer experience.

\- Coach and train sales associates on finance products, protection products, compliance, and value-building techniques.

\- Serve as a positive team player who leads by example with professionalism, integrity, and outstanding customer service.

\- Review, monitor, and ensure all finance paperwork is accurate, complete, and processed in a timely manner.

\- Maintain strong relationships with lenders and dealership administrative staff.

\- Ensure every deal complies with all local, state, and federal regulations.

\- Manage lender portfolio and funding to ensure timely contract processing.

\- Set and maintain an organized, efficient finance department schedule.

\- Process title paperwork and work closely with administrative offices as needed.

\- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, product knowledge, and overall dealership performance.

Qualifications

\- Previous automotive finance experience preferred

\- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.

\- Passion for continuous learning, professional development, and staying current on finance products, regulations, and industry trends.

\- Knowledge of automotive finance regulations and compliance requirements.

\- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
