Finnish-Speaking Customer Service Agent For Singapore Airlines in Athens, Greece

Location: Athens, Greece (Relocation Opportunity Available)

Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)

Description: We are looking for a Finnish-Speaking Customer Service Agent to support Singapore Airlines. Working from an Athenian office, you'll be responsible for answering customer enquiries, via a mix of telephone, email, and online chats. Full, paid training is provided.

Requirements

· You must have a C1/C2 level of Finnish , both written and verbal, and a high level of English.

· Your native language and nationality _must_ be clearly listed in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.

· You must have a valid EU passport.

· You must be either living in Athens, or willing to relocate there. We offer a relocation package for successful candidates living abroad.
