Maintenance Manager & Supervisors for Large Distribution Center

Seeking a strong Maintenance Manager/Leader for a Distribution Center in the Chambersburg PA area.

Essential Functions of the job:

\--Ensure all preventive maintenance in a new DC is assigned, done and documented in the CMMS.

\--Assign work orders to mechanics each day

\--Work of any emergency downtime-related issues. Work to keep downtime as low as possible.

\--Ensure facilities are safe. Play a major role to ensure the safety of associates.

\--Assist with any capital improvement projects for the facility-mainly set up of the facility

\--Be hands-on and assist with any breakdowns and PM's as needed

\--Help manage any outside vendors and ensure they meet contractor safety guidelines

\--Be part of the management team for the facility

Desired Skills and Education:

\--Prefer a degree in something technical, but appropriate work experience with suffice

\--Need someone with at least 7-10 years in maintenance roles with at least 3-4 in a leadership role

\--Must have experience with usage of a CMMS system and assigning of work orders to mechanics

\--Must have great maintenance skills-prefer individuals from manufacturing or warehousing/DC environments

\--Good hydraulic, pneumatic, some electrical and electronic (ladder-logic) skills

\--Must be a great communicator and willing to do what it takes to get things done

\--Don't want a job hopper-company will only consider those that are not job hoppers

Jobs are paying between 75-85k supervisors 85-105k Manager DOE with good bonuses and benefits.
