Quality Control Leader-2nd Shift (Manufacturing Company)

Seeking a Quality Control Leader for a Company in the York, Lancaster, Columbia PA area.

Essential Functions of the Job:

\--Ensure Quality Systems requirements for a second shift at the facility

\--Help develop and work with a team of quality inspectors

\--Manage the ISO 9001 internal audit schedule and ensures audits are completed timely

\--Conduct RCA for defective material and non-compliant processes and apply appropriate corrective actions

\--Ensure all needed Quality metrics and tracked and monitor those metrics for CI's

Desired Education and Experience:

\--Prefer an Associates degree in Business or relevant field or experience in a high volume foundry or machined cast products operation

\--Experience working with ISO 9001 and conducting audits

\--Good leadership and interpersonal skills

\--Must be someone who is comfortable in a foundry environment
