Responsibilities

\- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner

\- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently

\- Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about the menu

\- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional manner

\- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on their needs throughout their dining experience

\- Process payments and handle cash transactions using the POS system

\- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area

\- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred

\- Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service

\- Knowledge of culinary terminology and menu items

\- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

\- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

\- Familiarity with kitchen operations and food preparation processes

\- Basic sales skills to upsell menu items and promote specials
