French Speaking Recruitment Resourcer - LONDON

Your Role – Sourcing & Recruitment

You will play a key role in growing our recruitment activity in the French-speaking market , working on both sales and healthcare profiles.

You will:

• Source and engage candidates with a sales background , from entry-level to senior positions

• Identify and connect with healthcare professionals (nurses, doctors, pharmacists, etc.)

• Use job boards, social networks, and direct approaches to attract top talent

• Build strong candidate relationships by understanding their career goals

• Conduct interviews and present the best profiles to clients

Your Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing: Identify, approach, and qualify candidates in sales and healthcare

• Candidate Management: Support candidates throughout the process and provide guidance

• Market Expertise: Stay up to date with industry trends to advise clients and candidates

• Collaboration: Work closely with consultants to ensure successful placements

Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience in sales, recruitment, sourcing, or market research

• Organization: Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail

• Proactive mindset: Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven

• Communication: Confident on the phone and comfortable engaging with candidates

• Autonomy: Ability to take ownership and work independently

• Languages: Fluent French required (English is a plus)

Salary & Benefits

Competitive package – depending on experience

• Base salary: up to £30,000 per year _(depending on experience)_

• Commission: up to £6,000 per year , uncapped — the more you achieve, the more you earn
